Refund Policy

If you have changed your mind on the merchandise, made a wrong decision, or failed to verify and accurately provide information when placing an Order, you are entitled to return the merchandise to us within 30 days of your Order being dispatched. The merchandise must be returned to us in brand new, unused and original condition.

You must contact our Customer Services Department via “My Contacts” page within 15 days after receipt of the merchandise provide with your name, contact number and order number. The packaging of the returned merchandise must be in the same condition to the condition when you received it including the original packaging and all accessories, labels, tags, instruction manual, warranty and gift, etc. If the returned merchandise is in used or does not meet the condition as mentioned above, then no refund is not allowed (Note: CD and DVD and the good marked “non-returnable” is not allowed).

The shipping fee for the return will be at your own expense. Once we have received your returned merchandise and/or the refund has been approved according to your request, we will then send you either a notification of receipt of your good and/or an email regarding the confirmation of refund. You can either choose to receive the Refund to your nominated bank account or a Credit Voucher to the value of the merchandise with 6 months of valid period (the value is according to the purchase price of your order). You can simply only add the Credit Voucher into “My LEL Vouchers” in “My Account”, then you can use it in future purchase.

We will arrange the Refund to you within 45 days after our approval notification. If you have not received your Refund, please contact our Customer Services Department  via “My Contacts” page.

Damaged Items

If you received the damaged merchandise (except the damage is caused by you personally), please report it to our Customer Service Department via “My Contacts” page within 15 days after your receipt of the merchandise. Please also provide us with digital photos and the details of defects. You can return the merchandise to us for replacement subject to our assessment, the shipping fee will be borne by us.

Order was cancelled

If your order is cancelled because of the merchandise is out of stock at the provider or other reasons, the relevant payment will be refunded to you within 15 days.

*We do not provide refund service for overseas orders.

 Final decision

We reserve the right in marking final decision.

退款政策

當您改變了對商品的看法,做出了錯誤的選擇或在下訂單時未能核實和準確提供資訊時,您可在訂單發出後的30天內將商品退回給我們,該商品必須以全新、未曾使用及完整無缺的狀態下退回給我們。

您必須在收到商品後的 15天內通過“我的聯絡人”頁面通知我們的客戶服務部門,請告知我們您的姓名、聯絡電話及訂單編號。所有包裝和商品必須與您收到時完全相同,包括退回原裝包裝及全部配件、標籤、吊牌、產品說明書、保證書及贈品等。如果商品處於已使用的狀態或不符合以上情況,則不能安排提供退款(註:CD和DVD及註明「不設退換」商品不可退貨)。

退回商品的運費由您自行承擔,當我們收到您退回的商品和/或符合退款要求,我們將向您發送收到您的退回商品通知及/或向您發送退款確認的電子郵件。您可以選擇將退款存入您指定的銀行帳戶,或我們根據商品的購買價格(金額以您的訂單中顯示之價格為準)發出6個月有效期之信用憑證,您只需將信用憑證添加到“我的帳戶”中的“我的LEL憑單”內,您便可以於下次購物時使用。

我們將會於批核後的45天內退款給您,假如您尚未收到退款,請通過“我的聯絡人”頁面與我們的客戶服務部門聯繫。

損壞的物品

如果您收到損壞的商品(除因您個人原因造成外),請在收到商品後的15天內通過“我的聯絡人”頁面與我們的客戶服務部門聯繫,請提供照片並告知我們損壞的情況。當我們評估損壞後,請把商品退回給我們給您更換,運費由我們承擔。

訂單被取消

如果您的訂單因供應商缺貨或其他原因被取消,相關的購買款項將會於15天內退還給您。

*請注意,海外訂單不設退換貨服務。
